The Campfire Experience Provides
Initial Consultation: The Campfire Experience happily provides an initial consultation to get to know you and understand your vision. We can help scout perfect locations, provide elevated furnishings, and style your event to ensure your guests are delighted.
Site Visit: Once you have decided on your package, our team will plan a site visit with you or whomever you delegate. During the visit, we will work to understand how best to enter the site, make recommendations on the layout of your tent or village, and ensure the vision you have can be executed in the location you have selected.
Event Execution: Our team transforms your space into a beautiful community for you and your guests. All suites are set-up prior to guest arrival and include a Queen T&N mattress by Tuft & Needle, high quality linens, Fab Habitat rugs, and custom made nightstands. Decorative bunting, vintage style lanterns and thoughtful touches bring warmth to your temporary home. Leave the sweat and stress to us while you simply enjoy the finished product.
